"The room was clean but the decor and condition outdated and poor. There appears to have been no updating or redecorating since I last stayed here 10 years ago. No breakfast as they no longer have dining facilities."

"The window in the bedroom did not shut fully which meant the sound of the planes landing at Heathrow were particularly noisy. We had been moved down from floor 2 to 1, which unfortunately also meant our view was just the side of a building and the heating systems on the flat roof. Good location, nice amenities, but the room itself did not provide the best night’s sleep I’ve had."

"Amazing property, great access to train station, eateries, Windsor castle and everything Windsor has to offer. Rooms were a great size with good amenities. No lift but the stairs were not a problem even on the top floor."

"This beautiful hotel was well kept and staffed by caring folks. Our premium double room was clean, quiet and large. We had a wonderful sleep and a full breakfast the next morning. The parking was definitely worth the reservation. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely area! Would recommend!"

"We booked a 2 bed apartment. One room had a single bed. However we’re truly delighted to have an upgrade to a huge and spacious 2 double bed (and en-suite). And a balcony ! It was a wonderful break- right in centre of Windsor and 5 mins to Castle. Parking on site. Secure also. Requested a slightly later check out which was granted too and could leave car parked until we left (car park next door was £7 per hr so this was also appreciated). Host super helpful and efficient. "The proximity to Windsor town centre was excellent !The accommodation was clean and the host responsive and helpful. The property was a little tired and the bathrooms would definitely benefit from a refit. We had trouble keeping the water in the shower area and my elderly aunt who traveled with us had difficulty getting into the bath to use the shower which was over it. There were no handles to aid this at all. She is not in any way disabled but a slippery bath was a concern. I also think more comfortable seating would have been nice and matching cutlery and crockery etc. excellent location though. One final thing was the tricky lock to enter the property perhaps a change of lock cylinder would make a difference."
