"The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Windsor Castle. Beds were comfy and AC worked well. They did have our room ready early, which was a huge bonus. It is quite dark inside, including the common hallways as well as the rooms themselves. Large and tall bathtub makes it kind of difficult to get into the shower."

"From the moment my friend and I stepped out of the cab till the moment we left I was treated with absolute kindness, and genuine professionalism. The service was amazing, the general manager; Rochelle, was personal, friendly and extremely helpful acquiring taxi for all our adventures. She even helped me get to the garden shop and yarn barn miles away. The room was updated and immaculate, the bathroom was spacious and warm, and the breakfast was tasty. I loved the restaurant for our evening meal as it offered a large variety of yummy foods. Im an older woman with a challenging back and the staff hustled our luggage up the maze of stairs with the speed of an Olympian. 5 stars all the way and I will absolutely be back at the Sir Christopher Wren."

"This is an excellent hotel. Service from the front desk team was second to none. Room was clean and fresh, lovely reception area with some board games which we made lots of use of as a family and we were able to store our luggage. 100% recommend, a nice 10 minute walk into the centre of Windsor also. Excellent hotel."

"When I booked this accommodation I did so to be an easy walk to Windsor Castle. I expected it to be a simple, and authentic English pub experience. I was not disappointed. The building itself is 600 years old. You could feel the history of the in the twisted staircase and floor boards. The room itself was quite spacious with the character one would expect in a 600-year-old building. The little extras were spot on and my only regret was that I hadn't booked more than one night. Parking my rental car was easy in their private lot. We arrived early and our room was ready and the manager checked us right in. We had a 1:30 entrance ticket to Windsor Castle and early check in was just what we needed. For a true English experience, I highly recommend the Crown and Cushion."

"What an amazing find! The perfect place for us as a family to unwind after a busy day of sight seeing. The perfect base surrounded by nature and animals, all of us loved it. We will definately be staying here again and will recommend you to everyone! P.s those basket of goodies and some fridge essentials were SO appreciated after a busy day of travelling. "I have a few times in some of their pubs and this is the best of all 3. Staff are excellent l arrived late beyond meal but they went out of there to get me something hot. Also helped with cutting my food as l have a fracture, morning breakfast yummy loved everything about the place. Bedrooms are quite roomy compared. Hope he was the manager and K who got me some meal. K helped with my bags to my room. 2 young man who’d been to SA lovely chat. Friendly staff but still doing their job. Would 100% recommend. Ample parking. "
