"Plenty of shops and dining nearby. Windsor Castle is directly across the street and makes a lovely view. The rooms are clean, a bit outdated and worn but comfortable "

"What an amazing place! Beautifully restored, warm, cosy and very welcoming/relaxing and with a fascinating history (used in many films).
Helpful attentive staff whilst not being “stuffy” (a pet hate of mine!).
Would definitely treat ourselves to a stay here again. "

"Check in was easy and our room was ready several hours early so we could get settled in before normal checkin time. The room was large and spacious and. Dry clean and comfortable. There was a little street noise but earplugs are provided. Love the location and value was excellent. We will stay again."
"Fantastic stay. Lovely hotel, wonderful staff. Great quality room, very comfortable. Breakfast excellent choice. Right opposite Castle and good choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance "
"Everything was as I'd hoped for. Great location, lots of space, lovely bedrooms. The only fault I have was it advertised an iron and board. There wasn't an iron but there were three boards! "
