We had a great experience, everything very clean and great view of the Castle outside. Nice large room and staff very attentive, Heating in room not working, but an oil filled radiator was supplied that warm the room up lovely in no time Also, the shower probably needs updating as a little bit outdated and we were unable to get a comfortable temperature and flow ratefrom. All in all a very comfortable stay in a large room with great views of the castle at a great price definitively four stars out of five. We would definitely book again at this hotel

Great location, probably one of the best in Windsor. It’s a shame that the property didn’t live up to its prestigious surroundings. Other than the location, there isn’t much else going for the hotel. We had a room at the front with views of the castle, however when we arrived the curtains were closed, plug in heaters around the room and enough condensation on the windows to have a shower. The rooms are dated an in need of a good clean. The hotel could be great but has been left in disrepair. Blocked sinks dirty floors etc. Luckily we were only there for one night.

Great stay with stunning view

Views are something else stunning hotel is comfortable and perfect location for Windsor close to everything we booked a luxury room but it was very basic and a little outdated but price was very competitive wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Great location in the center of Windsor overlooking the castle. Easy check-in. Room is large and comfortable. It could do with a refresh and for sure a new mattress. But for the location and price is was great.

The property proximity to Windsor Castle is outstanding. I had a Castle view room and it did not dissapoint. The view was incredible! With this being said, if the property were to be updated just a little....IE paint and better maintenance, it could be truly great and a premium price could be charged due to the proximity to the Castle and train to London.

Great hotel and location

Great location, ring at the top oftown opposite the castle. Its a room only hotel so no bar or restaurant, but Windsor has an abundance of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

This hotel is in the perfect location. In the process of being refurbished. My room hadn’t been but was clean, comfortable and great price especially for such a central location in Windsor. Staff lovely. No complaints at all.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a fantastic room with I think the best view of the castle. My son has Special Needs and they gave us a wet room bathroom and we were on the first floor which really helped as well. Best experience ever in Windsor.
