"Great location, super cute, and the customer service was excellent. We accidentally missed breakfast time the first morning, but they kept everything open and hot for us to make sure we were fed. When we checked in, they gave us a wonderful overview of things to see and do and tips on navigating the city. "

"Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink) "

"Lovely B&B property. We had a room on 2nd floor with shared bathroom. Room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Hosts were very helpful with specific directions on easiest way to travel to the property…also with ideas about things to do and how to get there. I would book here again and recommend to friends."

"Wonderful and unique, the property feels like it belongs in the renaissance era. Charming with plenty of opportunities for stunning pictures. Skip the breakfast as it is mediocre at best and considering the fact you are in food heaven there are many better options available nearby. Be advised that the hotel will not provide an iron or kettle as the fire danger is a concern. "

Directions for airport to Palazzo San Luca were clear and easy to use (orange line water is from airport to Rialto water stop, tickets bought online before leaning Sydney Australia, and simple map showing short walk along Grand Canal and one left turn for further short walk and easy, friendly reception. Place is between Rialto and San Marco, few minutes walk in each direction, easy access to vaparettos to get to anywhere. But can walk most places ( eg over Rialto bridge and then to...
