We enjoyed our stay. The B&B was nestled in a narrow alleyway away from the hustle of tourist but central enough to get to every place by walking, water taxi or water bus. Mario, the owner went above and beyond to help us and to make us feel welcome.

This is an Airbnb. The couple who owns it are very friendly and helpful. Answered our many questions regarding Venice and even provided a map and suggestions of things to do. We had all the supplies in the room. But it is not a new place, so do not expect a star hotel standard facilities. Breakfast was provided with coffee, yogurt and a croissant of your option.

B and B was in a very interesting location in Venice situated in the back streets/ canals near the Grand Canal. It was a bit difficult to locate so be prepared . Room was smallish but ok for one night. It was expensive but probably the norm for Venice.

“Home”. That is what I can describe our stay at the property, we had the best room that we can ask for, Mario and Esmeralda were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Breakfast is great, with Mario or Esmeralda sharing you the places of Venice that you would should see. We did not need Air conditioning because the temperature was great. Overall Highly recommended.

This is a lovely B&B in the heart of Venice. Walkable to everywhere, clean, classically decorated, and excellent value. Esmeralda and Mario were beyond wonderful hosts!! 11/10! Mario checked us in upon arrival and provided us with restaurant & sight seeing recommendations, which was so helpful! The room was great, spacious for 2 people and luggage, clean, air conditioning wall unit. The attached bathroom in the room was great as well, clean, plenty of towels, shower is a bit tight but to be expected in europe! No biggie to us. Mario had a yummy pastry breakfast waiting for us in the morning with yogurt, coffee/juice, and much more. We definitely recommend the pistachio croissant. Would highly recommend Residenza degli Angeli to anyone. Hope to be back soon. Thanks Mario!

Mario was very accomodating. We had an issue arriving causing the check in to be delayed but he waited for us and made sure that we will be comfortable during our stay. The room was very nice and the service was outstanding! We definitely received more than what we have paid for.
