Esmeralda and Marco are very special people! The place is clean and the room was good size for Venice. Highly recommend. We did have a common bathroom but it waa great. If you are hesitant about shaeing a BR, they have other rooms with private facilities.

We stayed in triple room with shared bathroom.Room itself was good for 3 of us. For Shared bathroom with another room , it is understandable that sometimes you have to wait. Not much an issue for us. Breakfast was great and extremely helpful owner guided us about going around Venice. We had good experience.

This property was perfectly located to allow yourself to see all the sights but retreat back into a quiet neighborhood when you wanted to. Mario and family recommended incredible restaurants in the neighborhood that were reasonably priced and delicious. You also can’t meet a kinder man than Mario - when he found my daughters stuffed animal left in the room he insisted that he deliver it to us before we left in our rental car.
