Visited just after the lockdown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and room was in excellent condition. Centrally located canal side near the Rialto Bridge. The only slight negative was the roof top bar was closing early at 10pm.
This is my second stay at the Saturnia. Great location, accommodating staff, and the food at the restaurant(although expensive) is quite good.

If you come from train and dont want to spend a ridiculous amount of Euros for a water taxi take Ferrova C boat 4.1 ...
The property was in a great location for transport, walking to shops, restaurants, cafes etc. It was true Venetian style - none of the cold feel of 'chain' hotels. The staff made it. They couldn't have been more helpful, polite and attentive. It was a wonderful place to stay.
