"Overall a nice hotel for Venice in a quiet area. The rooms are nothing fancy (the linens and pillows could be improved) but overall we had a pleasant stay. Every employee was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was good. "
"Lovely place and more spacious than a lot of places in Venice. Great breakfast as well and waiting staff really nice with children. Would stay again in the future!"
"This hotel was wonderful! From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff are welcoming , very friendly and helpful . We were treated like royalty . We had a partial view room and it was still breath taking and beautiful. The facility was super clean as well . Gave us great restaurant recommendations. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars it was due to the shower drained , each time we showered the water would reach above our ankles. It would be extremely slow to drain and would...
"What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date.
But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos. "

5/5 Excellent
"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island.
The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am.
I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one.
The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient.
