"Only gripe / complaints was the air conditioner ( cool unit ) it did not cool since 1) was not maintained , 2) exhaust hose has no outlet available and having window open for it defeats purpose. Other than that from retrieving the keys was a pleasure from a beautiful and helpful lady whom was very professional to leaving was Very VERY good."

"Overall a good location and you have the entire apartment. It has almost everything you need, including refrigerator, washer, stove. Adding a microwave would be great. It's next to a street and some restaurants, so not as quiet as expected, and you can't close the window completely due to an air conditioner vent pipe. No late check-in, so make sure that you can arrive before 8pm before you book."

"The room was clean and tidy; however, it did not fully match the photos shown when we made the booking. The room we received was located on the top floor and did not have a balcony with a view, while the pictures displayed a balcony with a view of the street, along with a stove, sink, breakfast table, and other facilities. In addition, the lift only went up to the sixth floor, and we had to use the stairs to reach the top floor. Overall, the suite was clean and comfortable, but the shower water...

"We were looking for a place off the beaten track, and this definitely is! We crossed the bridge from the train station, and nearly everyone else went a different way than we did at the first intersection. But about five minutes to Mercato Rialto and the vaporetto stop there, and about five more to the Rialto Bridge. Definitely a great location for exploring some less travelled parts of Venice while still being convenient to the well known attractions. And you can get away from the crowds when...
