Great value for money, lovely and clean, friendly and always responding for my messages. Would definitely come back! The area is very quiet but you can still find a bars, restaurants, port, shops just around the corner.

The pictures shown on the listing WERE NOT accurate. It showed a completely different apartment suit. The queen bed was two single beds pushed together (terribly uncomfortable). It had a fridge and a small washing machine which were convenient. The property was fairly clean. Overall, it was not the place we thought we were going to be staying in, but it was okay.

The owners were awesome with communication and pleasant to respond with. The accommodations were not what I thought I booked but close to the pictures (a little misleading as I thought I was on a second floor) bed was saggy but the worst was the smell. It just smelt. I bought some scented candles and that helped. Maybe some glade plug-ins would help. I do realize we were at ocean level and it’s damp.

Adequate - if that is the benchmark

This is a budget option that provides a safe and well located. The accommodations are bare bones. The plumbing is wonky with very slow drains. You are on the top floor so water pressure is only fair. There was plenty of hot water. Compared to other places, this one cost less and we got what we paid for. The apartment is very quiet and airy. It is due for an upgrade, and I imagine that it will then cost more.

The Air conditioning was broken on arrival and went into error mode. In the heat wave of August. Air conditioning is only in the Bedroom with a Pedestal Fan in the Living area only. Small shower.... Bonus washing machine Fortunately they had the apartment below us spare so we stayed in there where the aircon worked.

Un apartamento muy adecuado para pasar unos días

Un apartamento muy correcto en una zona tranquila de Venecia. Desde el apartamento a la Plaza de San Marcos o al puente de Rialto, son 10 minutos andando. Y a 5 minutos tienes un supermercado COOP (al lado del hospital) para comprar lo que necesites. Nosotros desayunamos y cenamos todos los días en el apartamento y muy bien. Todo muy fácil para acceder al apartamento y totalmente equipado. Por ponerle una pega, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y eso hacía que tuviésemos que apagarlo por la noche con el consecuente calor al dormir. También hay que decir que fueron días muy calurosos en Italia esa semana.

Cannaregio apartment

Excellent location with good access to all tourist spots, but out of the bustle if you want a quiet meal/coffee. Very close to a well stocked supermarket and convenient for a main Vaporetto stop/ticket office. Apartment is a little dated but well equipped with what is needed for self-catering. Check-in was very easy with helpful staff.

Buonasera, riguardo all'appartamento Ambra a mio parere non era all'altezza per i seguenti motivi: Divano letto molto scomodo, la rete era sfondata e sembrava di dormire con i piedi per aria. Condizionatore che si bloccava Non c'era ne una scopa ne una cassetta per poter pulire. Non c'era nemmeno uno straccio per poter pulire i piatti e le posate lavate Le padelle erano poche, e alcune anche incrostate. Era stato promesso di sostituire il tostapane che ha provocato un corto circuito ma non si è fatto vivo nessuno.

Fin beliggenhet ca 15 min til markusplassen. Stille og rolig område. Lite mygg. Ca 5 min til båt «holdeplass/stopp» til venezia tog stasjon. Coop supermarket og restauranter i nærheten. Passer også for familier med barn.

AWSOME PLACE IN VENICE

Awsome place. Very quit area and walking distance to everything. Bus boat only 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in venice.

Good place for 2 people to discover Venice.

Apartment is on the first floor of the building off a little side street near the hospital. It is about a 40 minute walk from the Piazzale Roma bus stop or place you get the keys. There is a Vaparetto stop nearby but costs $7.50 per person including children. A little removed from main tourist places so not quite as crazy with people. Only 15 minute walk to both Piazza San Marco or Rialto. Great for discovering city. Bedroom is huge. Kitchen/dinning room is much more cramped if you are staying with four people. Once the bed is pulled out you can barely get by the table. Layout of bathroom is not great so difficult to pass between sink and shower however it has been recently renovated. Shower was good and there is a small washer. Apartment had all the pots/dishes you would need. You do have to bring your garbage to the boat which is about a 7 minute walk away. There was a bakery on the main street and a Coop grocery store both in a 5 minute walk away. Apartment had good wifi. It has cable TV too but almost no English stations. By chance we figured out that if you pushed audio there were a few stations that you could get in English. TV is also in a very odd position so difficult to watch

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 children. Had to collect keys from a different location. This was slightly inconvenient due to heat of late July. However location was residential and quiet. The apartment had a large spacious airy bedroom ,air conditioning very good. Bathroom small but adequate. Washing machine in bathroom but we didn't need to use it. Sofa bed when down in living left little space to move around. Apart from that we had a very pleasant time .
