Turkish Airlines were great. Shame about the Italian customs process. 1.5hours to be passed through in 30 seconds. Massive line, 3 officers, questioning people.

They were REALLY small seats on the plane. Many people having to sit sideways to fit their knees in. Maybe tell us that at the start of the booking process so we can choose another airline if need be.

It was not made clear what a Club Europe Business Class seat was so we were very disappointed when we boarded to find that it was an economy seat sectioned by a curtain.
