Breakfast was excellent. It was actually the best meal we had in Venice, believe it or not. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. The only blemish would be slow WiFi. Just 10 mins walk from the train station and the vaporette stops are nearby.

Excellent hotel...we loved each day of our stay there. Very friendly and helpful staffs. beautiful room, superb sevice, excellent breakfast, excellent location. .i cant praise enough...i have told my friemds and family to sta in this hotel if they ever visit venice.....
