The staff were excellent! Greeted us with a welcome drink when we arrived while they checked us in. The room wasn’t ready but they stored our luggage while we went for lunch. They walked us to the unit we rented which was about 5 min from the main building. We didn’t get daily housekeeping but they brought fresh towels and coffee pods upon request and also provided instructions on which water bus to take to/from the train station and airport. The room was older and it was very dark and the floor was sloped….there was no light in the stair wells at night so just be prepared with the flashlight on your phone as it was up on the 5th floor. While the unit was in a fantastic location and we had a canal view, there were 2 men outside the front door selling bracelets and they were VERY aggressive and harassed our family when we declined and tried to walk away from them. We felt very uneasy with them in the area. Overall the staff were fantastic but we would likely look for somewhere else next time.

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to speak to. 5 stars for them. The hotel needs refurbishing. It's old and needs a boost. It was okay for a few nights, but I was expecting more from pictures and reviews. Venice is expensive, so you get what you pay for.

Convenient location with regards to sites and shopping. We were in a Jr apartment near Rialto Bridge. For B&B not my top choice. Biggest surprise was it was on the fourth floor and we had to carry large suitcases of four flights. The apartment itself was OK. Had a fridge and a kitchen area. The apartment itself was a little slanted. Interesting color schemes on the walls. Best they can say for it was location. Was clean. Would’ve liked the heads up that we were gonna be on a fourth floor bringing luggage with no elevators. Not great if you’re older. Not sure I would stay in this particular spot again. Thankfully, we spent more time out of the apartment than in.

The location is a bit far from the centre but for us that was a plus. It felt like a small apartment away from the hustle and bustle. Having a kitchen and two bedrooms with multiple beds was a big plus for our family of four. Air conditioning worked fine and was very helpful. The included boat tours to Murano was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The web site is very misleading for this property. There is no terrace, or dinning, this was listed as a luxury suite room that was far from it. All of the pictures on the web site are referring to an apartment on the top floor we were told by the staff. The room was dusty on the shelves and not very clean, the mattress was hard as a rock, and there is no staff onsite after 8pm. This is entirely overpriced with no luxury experience, we cannot recommend this location.

The Signature Apartment is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It’s clean and spacious with a rooftop view. It’s only a 3 minute walk from st. Mark’s square, but it is in a secluded, quiet area in a vibrant neighborhood. Highly recommend! It is up many flights of stairs, so not great for anyone with mobility issues…but great for active families.

When I booked online I was not informed that the double room is on the fourth floor with no elevator (lift). So we had to carry our luggage using a very narrowed small stairs. Room was not as I expected , low ceilings, it’s actually an attic converted to room, good probably for teenagers. Therefore, I complained and the staff were helpful enough to move me to a different room on the second floor with some additional charge for one night, then they told I could stay the second night for an additional fee.

This hotel is a hidden gem is Venice. The staff reached out prior to our arrival to assist us with navigating how to arrive in Venice and which water bus to take to the hotel The hotel is located a few blocks from the Rialto bridge, so it is close to many attractions but on a quiet square that allows you get away from the crowds.

The view from penthouse was amazing. It was more beautiful in person than the picture showed. It was a little difficult to find and climb but was worth it.

Absolutely terrible experience. The apartment had no working AC during our stay, and despite contacting the owner multiple times, nothing was done to fix it. The owner was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire situation. When we tried to discuss a refund or even a reasonable solution, the owner hung up on us instead of helping. Paying for a property without basic necessities like air conditioning is unacceptable, especially with such horrible customer service. Expedia should seriously reconsider allowing this property on their platform. Would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
