"Excalibur is always a good experience. On the perfect spot for strip trips. Walking distance to all major casinos, resturants, and bars on the strip. The rooms are spacious and clean. I will always recommend the Excalibur to anyone looking to vacation to Vegas. The check in and out process and use of the digital key through the MGM app is most helpful, 10/10 recommend! "

"I rarely leave reviews unless something is either terrible or phenomenal. This was not a good experience. Room was ok and was clean. Some minor maintenance items could be addressed. The pool had very limited hours, SUPER expensive drinks, and pretty limited options for soaking up sun due to all the space being taken up with cabanas to rent for a stupid expensive price. Even some of the normal pool chairs were only available for rent. We were pretty bummed about the pool layout and situation. The pool welcome staff/security were super friendly. The waitresses didn’t ask us if we wanted a drink at all so we got our own. The worst part was having the water shut off on our last night. We were not notified of a water shutoff from midnight to 5 am on our last night. This was a casino so some of our group was back after midnight and needed showers and to brush teeth, but we had NO WATER. Completely unacceptable. They said they couldn’t notify us due to our “do not disturb” sign beings door, but had been receiving communication via text and email before and during our stay, so they could have notified us. We were quite upset about this. Also for the price we paid, we could have spent just slightly more for a much better hotel and experience. They comped us $50 but I didn’t feel that was enough. "
