"Perfect hotel pre and post flight from Heathrow. Room is clean and beds comfortable. Very clean throughout. Nice selection of restaurants and lounges in the combined lobby. Loved the fact that we could walk into the airport!! Breakfast was outstanding. Price point was great especially when you factor in not having to pay for an airport shuttle and breakfast. The hallways are very long and a room can be far from the lift. "

"Everything was good but you could hear furniture moving upstairs and voices outside your door. It’s an overnight airport stay type of hotel so you shouldn’t expect too much but it was good. "

"Not a great continual breakfast, over cooked pastry’s , staff not very helpful, asked for spare pillows was told they didn’t have any unless we wanted dirty ones….! Rooms very basic, toilet is basically a cupboard, mattress rock hard not very comfy, other residents kicking off and shouting in the corridor at 4am…. Wouldn’t stay again "
