"The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond."

"The property and facilities are excellent as is the location. The food and service is very slow and very expensive. Breakfast is extremely good, evening meals less so."

"Excellent for going to Twickenham stadium. Good parking and food for rail links.
I left my binoculars and the staff were excellent in helping to return them."

The rest is… well: forvthat price a mediocre breakfast nearby at Befeater, the burger there in the evening was disgusting.

"Clean room, air con not too noisy. Requested to not be in a ground floor room due to safety concerns, was given a fourth floor room which I was much happier with. Thank you to the nice man at reception. "
"We didn't really eat or drink in the hotel as our little one wouldnt cooperate to sit in the bar area but the staff were amazing. We had the best time away and cannot wait to come back again next year. "
