Great location with tube about an 2 min walk , shops and cafes very close by too and spa /pool / gym . Comfy beds /generally clean / modern idea but a little shabby . Staff all polite and helpful

Room good size, lots of storage. Clean comfy bedding and decent bathroom with big shower cubicle with toiletries. Limited parking but we got a spot and hotel gave us it at descounted price. Staff helpful. Didnt eat at restaurant, but did go across the road to Travelodge for English Breakfast Just not 4 star. Decor needs redoing, scuff marks, chips. Lampshades cracked. Paint chipped. Carpet stained. Curtain burnt mark. Bathroom fan pitted in dust. Undesirable marks on walls. Didnt get time to check out spa as at the Rugby.

Enjoyable stay

Unsure why previous reviews were negative. I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable with free access to the onsite spa and pool. The restaurant features exclusively Asian cuisine and was excellent. Only drawback is there is no breakfast service before 9:00am. Very good value for money

Overall for the price this is a good property, the staff are helpful, you get access to the golds gym below (it's not the best gym but the hotel doesn't have any control over this), the property was quiet, the room was nice with a comfy bed and clean enough, like any hotel if you look too close its a bit grubby with slightly loose plugs, plastic peeling from handles etc, but for £75 and close to the tube I was really happy with my stay. On a side note, personally the room is too small for the number of decorative cushions on the bed, there's no where to really put them when you actually go to sleep. Would recommend this to someone looking for a relatively budget stay in West London.

Excellent Spa service

The best part of the hotel is the Meraki Spa located within the hotel. We got massages and they were incredible. Highly recommend the Spa. As for the hotel; the location is good as it’s near Hounslow town centre with plenty of food options and cineworld. Tube station is just a couple minutes walk away so easily accessible. The hotel itself wasn’t amazing. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are open to the gym members so it gets pretty busy. It’s evident that the hotel is old and requires maintenance.
