"The hotel is super convenient when flying in and out of Heathrow as it’s within terminal 4 and you an easily get from/to terminal 2 or 3 taking the underground. Not sure about terminal 5 as I wasn’t flying out of that terminal. There was a nice breakfast buffet and the room was perfectly fine. It’s not fancy, but there are other more expensive hotel options but I found this worked well for the very short time we were at the hotel. "

"Everything was good but you could hear furniture moving upstairs and voices outside your door. It’s an overnight airport stay type of hotel so you shouldn’t expect too much but it was good. "

Rooms very basic, toilet is basically a cupboard, mattress rock hard not very comfy, other residents kicking off and shouting in the corridor at 4am…. Wouldn’t stay again "
