"Clean well equipped room, lobby and elevator. Friendly helpful staff.
Underground parking limited except in areas that smelled like urine.
Overall great location and hotel.
Would stay there again. "

"I was really impressed with the hotel. Location was excellent, less than 5 minutes from Hammersmith tube, close to the Eventim Apollo. Lots of places to eat near by. There was a fridge in the room, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. Beds were quite hard but not as bad as some I have stayed in. We felt safe walking back late from our concert. I would stay here again. "
"The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were exceptional. I had a large king room with a sitting area which was wonderful. Updated with all the amenities to make my stay perfect."
