"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

Cables and wires hanging off the ceiling, and the room we was supposed to get, somebody was already living in it. We didn’t feel safe staying there because it looks like all the people working here had access to ever room and could just walk in."
