The property in itself is really nice and updated. Staff are also nice and welcoming. However, the pillows are really poor quality and the remote control of the TVs just does not work as it should. Overall, I would stay there again, but bring my own pillow?

Great Hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights for business in the City, is a great hotel on the edge of the City, close to the tube and with a good car park onsite. Service is pretty good most of the time and food is okay too. Overall a very good hotel

Overall, the hotel is lovely and has nice service, but it is perhaps a bit dated. The pull-out bed in our suite was super old, and to say it was uncomfortable is an understatement. I wish I hadn't seen the mattress.

Had a decent nights sleep here, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Didn’t use any communal areas but looked ok. Some parts of the room looking a little tired, triangular toilet not exactly the height of comfort!

The hotel was a great location for work for the weekend which is why I picked it. But there were definitely some extras missing; our room had no shower head in the shower, and the bathroom didn't have any outlets. Which made getting ready for work very difficult especially for my fiance who couldn't even shave. We did like that there was a gym to use but other than that it was just convienent location.
