"Good location. Decent room. But reception tried to charge me extra for breakfast which I’d already paid for and lift completely broke whole stay- high rise building. "

"Wonderful hotel, great location, not easy to find if walking from Hammersmith tube, the Hotel is inside St Paul’s Park, no signs indicating it’s there until you walk past the park to the other side of the hotel, the bar sadly closed at 10 pm, would have been nice to have a drink on return from our evening out. The room was perfect for our needs, bed very comfy, great shower too, we didn’t have breakfast as not fans of continental. Staff helpful and friendly, we’d definitely stay again."

"The hotel was central to a large tube station, which was very helpful. Room was perfect for our stay, breakfast was honestly pretty good, and I appreciated the security measures to scan your keycard for access at night into the lobby"
"Nice hotel, conveniently located near tube and overground stations, in central Shepherd’s Bush. Convenient parking and direct entrance to hotel 1st floor via W12 car park around the other side of the block. Would gladly stay again."
"Very clean room, everything was very tidy and smelled fresh and clean. The front desk person was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you."
