Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC.

Peaceful Luxury Retreat

A delightfully stylish property with a great location in London. The service was fantastic. The room could use a bit of refreshing and unfortunately the view wasn't great and the windows were very dirty.

The appartments are just amazing, very nice rooms and views from the terrace. Staff at the hotel are very polite and always willing to help. This was my 2nd time there and I will definitely go back to the Dao every time I am at the city.
