"Room appeared OK on first walking in however the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were the most lumpy pillows I have ever seen - they must be many years old and are extremely uncomfortable. There was no soap available in the soap dispensers. There were white stains on one of the pillows and one of the duvets."

Only filter coffee, which tastes awful, and tea are included - proper coffee, which you would expect included is extra (the waiter told us when we ordered).
