The staff were amazing when we arrived. Loved the breakfast and the staff there. Close to Earl’s Court Piccadilly line, West Brampton station and convenient bus stop across the street. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and overall a great stay!

Great refurbished rooms, super helpful and kind staff with great facilities, lovely clean hotel and close by tube and bus station. Only downside was the slightly grimy street outside with constant presence of police or ambulances, however that is not the hotel's fault!

Refurbished hotel with great facilities.

The hotel was recently renovated and you could see yhe lobby had a fresh look, the room was nicely decorated, its was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good even though it was busy at certain times, would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

Overall, the hotel is in a great area close to west Brompton tube station, the Room was clean and smelled fresh, the staff were friendly, and overall the condition was modern and bright. Parking was £22 for the day, and they do add service charges at the bar, which i find unacceptable. Toilets in the bar were dirty, can't blame the hotel really, as guests that smear body fluids up the back of a door are disgusting Overall good stay

Stay was fantastic. The weather was great. The hotel was in a perfect location for us. We walked to the West Brompton station and went all over London to see the usual tourist attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel. If we visit London again, we will definitely stay here again.

Good stay

Room was very clean, bed was comfy, lovely view. The refurbishment on the main entrance and bar/restaurants is beautiful. Breakfast was great. Close to tube, close to some coffee shops. Enjoyed our stay very much.
