"Our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice and welcoming from checking in to check out. My luggage did not make it to the resort and the check in staff(luggage) helped me locate and track my luggage. They delivered it to my room when it arrived. Excellent service and the breakfast was amazing! We will choose to stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay while on vacation in Bali! Hotel was just gorgeous! 10out of 10 would recommend. "Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"Reviews mentioned rooms were tired. I agree but it did not affect us having a lovely holiday. Food was fantastic. Dont drink tap water, hotel provides plenty of bottles. Staff were super friendly and humble. Always with a smile. Breakfast was great but needed to queue a little each morning. Its very humid, but the room's air co was good. Nice time overall"
