"The location is great, just on the edge of the commercial area for Nelson Bay, an easy 10minute walk (the walk back will be uphill though!). The staff were lovely and welcoming and the apartment plus the common areas (including the large pool) were very clean. The use of actual keys rather than swipe passes gives a good indication for the property. The apartment itself was tired and needs an update sooner rather than later. In order to have twin beds in the downstairs bedroom, the room needs to be set up in a way that the bedroom door is unable to be shut, there is a bed in the way. The hotwater in the downstairs bathroom was only luke warm (at best) for the duration of our stay, and the oven did not work. The shower in the other bathroom is above a spa bath so there is a big step required to get in & out of the shower and the bathrooms overall were very worn. "

"H3 is an ideal location for young families. The fenced and gated property allows the kids to roam freely. The location of the beach is as the photos. It is stunning and the beach access is easy and convenient. We watched the sun go down each evening from the beach, or balcony or inside. "

"We had a great stay at this property. The place is exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and with beautiful water views. The location is excellent, especially for families with kids, with easy access to the beach and plenty of space to relax.A special mention to the host, who was extremely helpful. We had an issue with our car at checkout, and they kindly lent us jumper cables so we could get going again. That level of support really made a difference and was greatly appreciated.Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this property to others."

"The pool was great shops are very close in walking distance the staff at the place were amazing room needs to be fully renovated and updated the walls were very dirty lounge was so uncomfortable felt like we were sitting on wood cobwebs everywhere sliding door hard to open and screen doors don’t close properly blinds don’t open only when you slide them kitchen has a bad smell coming from under the sink where the pots and pans are kept toaster is rusted kettle needs a clean on the inside and to put the fold out bed for my child it only fitted against the sliding door and above staircase not safe the whole place has a real musty old smell there also was no power needed to go to the main reception in the place and ask how we get power so for 139/265 we would not return and we would not recommend the apartment to anybody we did not enjoy our time at this apartment which made our holiday the worst "
