Quiet, but not enough eating places to choose from, especially given that the lease on the Resort's restaurant/kitchen hadn't been renewed and there was zero in-house food service.

We didn’t do much in Salamander Bay apart from grocery shopping. We have spend most of our time in Fingal Bay and Nelson Bay.
