On checking in, it was slow your not greeted with a smile, concierge was definitely really faultless, room service was excellent, we didn’t want the room serviced as we had an early start with make up/hair stylists coming to the room, I placed a full bin outside the door hoping they would have the sense to replace it, they didn’t. The bathroom sanitary box was Empty only one toilet roll in place, had to ask reception for coffee as there was only tea in the room. It’s the little things which are also important. I would stay at the hotel again as it’s in a good location. I think the Hilton just needs to polish up on the small things, otherwise a great stay. "
