"The staff are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Everything was spotless clean. Our room was fantastic ... it was what I bpoked, but much better than advertised. Huge bathroom by London standards and an enormous surprise terrace. The pool was great and private. Linens were top notch. Bed was comfortable. Afternoon tea was a delight and the bar was fun.
