"This was a great stay for solo travel. Close to tourist locations, tube, and cafes. Solo room was perfect size and clean. However, was slightly disappointed by staff contact as I was unable to get ahold of them in the evening via hotel room phone which is a concern as I needed some assistance."

"Excellent location. Absolutely superb staff, reception and the bar, love your positive attitudes. Stars. Fabulous breakfast selection, pastries, breads, bacon, sausage and eggs and cereal, yoghurt and choice of juicies, T & C. Room was on the smallish side for the bedroom area, fabulous bathroom with excellent shower options, slippers and robes. Coffee machine and tea options. So why a 4? No fridge!!! Tight between the bed and the wardrobe. USB C ports, but no micro C ports that most phones use. I still would highly recommend this hotel for your London stay. Very quiet area, with a lot of eating options."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at The Bailey's. It started out w/ a bit of dispute about the room we were in as we were expecting air conditioning and the A/C in that room simply was not working. When we entered the room, there was a fan in place which wasn't doing anything but blowing hot air around. It was 30º C in London so not ideal to be stuck in a hot room. The real thing I took issue with was being told that it WAS in fact working and just too hot outside for it to get cold inside. We booked a room with air conditioning because of health issues so weren't happy to have to spend a night being excessively hot. That all said, manager Rajesh rectified the situation the next day and upgraded our room to one where the air con was working very well. Rajesh was very friendly and patient with us. We truly appreciated him and all of his help. We went out for the day when our room was being changed, so the hotel staff kindly moved our belongings into the new room. From that point, we had a lovely stay at The Bailey's & we would definitely return as long as we have a room w/ working air con. The bed was comfy. The luxury double room was spacious. The bathroom was modern w/ some lovely toiletries included. There was a large TV not that we spent much time watching it. There were also coffee/tea making facilities in the room. It was clean/tidy. So, if you're thinking of staying here, it's very central/convenient. Just make sure you get a room w/ working A/C if that matters to you."
