"Shops, many restaurants right nearby within walking distance. Rioms were beautifully clean. Had a problem with the bathroom but they staff happily changed our room, sent us somecakes and called us to ask if were we happy. Very good caring service and staff. Food at restaurant was exceptional. "

"This location does not have car service or a shuttle as shown on the Expedia profile. They simply will call you a taxi. There is one very tiny lift within the building. The building has steps to climb with no ramp for those with mobility issues. The location is nice. It is near restaurants, tube stations, and some shopping. "

"The room was far too warm, even with the window open it was uncomfortably warm. The bed was a little uncomfortable too, the mattress was too soft which meant I kept slipping off the edge in the night. The staff were friendly and welcoming though and the hotel is in a great location with many local amenities. "
