"The water pressure at high floors was ridiculously low and poor. Though we managed, it could be better."

"Bad- Experience was okayish, not too good for a 4 star hotel My bad sheet had dirt underneath, the charging point was far away from the bed and there was no kettle/coffee/tea services in the room. Room was also extremely small. Goods- Bathroom was clean and big, iron table and iron in good condition, staff very helpful Overall, I wouldn't call it value for money for a 4 star hotel"

"I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and love it. It is conveniently located across the street from the tube station so getting around is very easy. I also want to say the beds and the bedding are amazing. "

"The common areas were very nice; well maintained and quite nice. My concern was with the room itself. There just seemed to be a lack of “care.” When we checked in there was a half-eaten bag of nuts on the bathroom counter and several of those nuts were scattered on the floor in the bedroom. We appreciated the large flat screen TV but where it was placed obscured artwork on the wall behind it - nothing terrible, but it just seemed to indicate a lack of attention. Lastly, it didn’t appear the exterior windows had been cleaned in years…."
