"So this place has newer paint and newer beds, furniture, toilets, etc., so it's nicer than I thought it would be. Very clean, not perfectly clean, but way cleaner than I expected for $70. Surrounding area on Valencia is safe day or night (before 1 am). I even saw a few women walking by themselves ..."

"This is really a big house built around 1850s in a packed busy street. The parking is expensive and hard to park. Pet friendly but really really expensive. Best part is the staff. Really nice and helpful. Free Breakfast is good. Bonus: Panoramic view of San Francisco from roof top."

"Had an excellent stay. Close to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Will stay again. "
"Charming old building. Super friendly and relaxed atmosphere and staff. Good breakfast, even with Covid causing the buffet to be closed. Super convenient location for the part of SF I was visiting.
The only thing which isn't great, is the thin walls and noise at night."
"My room was clean, bug-free and relatively quiet. Had no problems with check-in or check-out. The staff safely stored my luggage after I checked out, with no problems retrieving it. Very close to the 16th Street/Mission BART station and numerous bus lines. Zeitgeist bar and Mission Dolores Park are nearby."
