We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay! Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful; room was perfect size and very comfortable. The lobby and fire pit patio were very nice and cozy. Location was perfect and walkable. Parking garages are close and affordable if you don’t want valet.

We loved this place! Fantastic staff. We got an upgrade to a really great suite. One of our fave suites ever. Great location. Only negative is all of the bathroom fans are hardwired on, they can’t be shut off. Weird, annoying choice. Other than that, loved it.

Was very clean hotel the room was a good size friendly staff. Only down side was bar closed at 9 o’clock if you liked to have a drink when got back after 9 o’clock. Easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.
