Due to covid there is so many things that the hotel doesn’t offer anymore- like a bellman (even just holding your luggage while you have lunch when you checkout is not available) to the operator- you can’t call the front desk- you have to leave a message and they will Call you back. On top of that the air condition made loud noises all night - couldn’t sleep. Not worth it to stay here - I’m was totally disappointed

The staff is really accommodating, the room is not so bad, dissapointed because we don't have to heat our foods and not enough space for storing foods. at this time of crisis or pandemic every restaurant is closed, so they should provide atleased place to heat up and store food.

To my this is a not a Hyatt hotel. This is a below Holiday Inn Express. Expedia did not fully submit all my guests information to hotel so that made checking in a painful process. This hotel is not like the photos. Restaurant and bar lounge is closed . This was not disclosed at booking. They also do not take any sort of phone call for any towel or room service needs. Horrible hotel , not worth the money.
