"The hotel was great! Very comfortable and convenient location, near lots of attractions. Professional management and smooth operations. The rain fall shower was so relaxing!"
"I felt safe and was appreciative of parking being included. It was a short walk away from multiple fun food and entertainment options. Great place in the tenderloin "
"This place is in tenderloin and a lot of homeless hangs around right at front. While i survived, i realized i should have read the reviews. It’s a relatively inexpensive place. Next to Bart train so that’s why I got it. But the location and surrounding really sucks. The room smells and the bed has blood stains… get what you pay for… would not recommend. "

"Great for a 1 or 2 night stay! I think some of the reviews are old news - the owner has clearly made a lot of effort to improve everything, and I didn’t have any of the troubles found in those reviews. Yes it’s a small room, no A/C but a great fan and with the cool SF air it was fine. It’s quaint (queen+private bathroom) and a great value. Yeah Valencia St is loud but that’s SF for ya. I’d recommend it for a quick stop. The gentleman at the front was courteous and promptly available. Just pay the extra few bucks for the private bathroom. Nice job Sunrise thank you - we’ll be back "

"I like the vintage property that was remodeled. Bathroom had modern fixtures. Marblelike floors and showers. Dispenser's of Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash.
My sleeping area had a queensize bed with my very comfortable medium hard mattress and clean bedsheets and pillows. Flat screen tv worked well.
A vintage classic touch with decorative sconces. Before i stayed in a room that had window blinds with nice moulding surrounding it. These brought back memories of my grandparents home
back in the day.
