"The property was very well located. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Check-in was virtual, easy and convenient. The property manager checked with us shortly after arriving to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommend. "
"For the last night of our honeymoon we chose the Chateau Tivoli for its history but what we most appreciated was the helpful attitude of staff, which made our stay and travel arrangements much easier.
Our room was a little small for the size of our luggage and the bathroom fittings (particularly the shower) had some awkward quirks but overall it was a charming place not too far from the waterfront and downtown."
"Had such a great stay, staff was very friendly and welcoming and Collin the receptionist was a gem! The pool is great and rooms are clean and cozy. Would 100% stay again. Thank you to all the staff!!"

"Great hidden gem. Loved the history and the retro style as well as the parking. Super convenient and well maintained. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the windows for a little more sound dampening but on the good side, they do provide earplugs. Would recommend and will stay again"
"You need to stay here !! So beautiful, like a trip back in time - feels like coming home. Comfy and gorgeous rooms, gourmet and yummy breakfast, jacuzzi in a quiet garden, close to so many restaurants and shops in the Mission district, and the friendly staff and owner puts it over the top. Walking distance to a couple BART stations. You won't find a nicer stay."
"Really great hotel. 10 minute cable car ride to Pier 39. hotel security was good. Door is locked at night so I need a key to get into the building. Breakfast did not come with stay. Our room had great views of San Francisco very comfortable beds. Very quiet."
