Pros: Free parking and decent size lot so parking isn’t super tight, free Wi-Fi, clean updated rooms, with fridge/safe, big bathroom, hang out deck, lots of dining, bar nightlife and grocery store within walking distance, subway/light rail and bus nearby, great price, friendly no-contact staff who allowed us to check us in early and change our ground level room to 2nd floor without charge.
Cons: paper thin walls (ear plugs provided so use make sure you use them!) and can hear traffic, construction and neighbors. Need more pillows, only had two but needed another to prop my head up to watch TV. Very large bathroom but missing a table or cabinet to place toiletries.
Tip: seems more like a party hotel for the young folks and they stay up late. Try to get the top level rooms far away from the stairs and street for more privacy and bring your own comfy earplugs if possible for a good night sleep. 2nd and 3rd floors require key entry through a gate so you feel safer.
