The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. They always welcomed me with a smile on their face and even went to the length of researching where to find some uncommon American candy and pointed me in the direction of the shop. I loved the smell of the bathroom toiletries - everything from shampoo to hand lotion!

Hotel Julian was a great experience for my family (two teens and a service dog). The staff was attentive, welcoming, and very accommodating to my son’s and service dog’s needs. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and surrounded by many great food options and a few bars. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. While there is no on-site parking, there are two nearby private paid parking lots within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great hotel for a short stay, and I would definitely stay here again. Note: the hotel elevator was not working during our stay.
