Owner was very attentive to our needs and the room was extremely clean, housekeeping is on point here! Everything seems to be kept in good condition. Wish there was some kind of breakfast because the area doesn’t have many options but overall we had a great stay. These people know how to run a hotel.

We have stayed here several times in the past few years and we enjoy the location, it’s walking distance to places to eat and a couple of bars. The pier is literally a couple blocks away. A short drive to Rockaway beach.

Spacious room and decent bed. There was a stain that looked like a blood spot on the carpet and the faucet in the shower was hanging out,needed replacement and the heater Never clicked on,however it was nice and quiet and i slept well!

Clean and safe. Nothing terrible. Perfect pour coffee shop is walking distance but it is a difficult to walk to main areas of Pacifica. Beds could be more comfy but I am a 40 year old with back problems already

Simple hotel with simple comfort.

Very comfortable and private stay. Very close to everything you need or want to see. The staff was very friendly and never once bothered me during my stay. To me this is a 5 star stay because of how silent and calm the hotel is located to me. The cost is also a giant bonus.
