"The Host was excellent in every way. He kept me informed in detail with direction to house, instructions on entering, parking and checking out. Plus said to call when ever I needed something I did and he was always there. There were a few things that makes my review less then excellentThe discription of the property did say the garage was very narrow and would need to unload luggage and passenger before driving in but didn’t say if driver is any larger than AVERAGE/SLIM driver You will need a hatchback to crawl out the back and the garage empties out on a busy street and most drivers are going above the speed limit and to get a straight shot into the garage you need to cross over traffic This is a property problem that cannot be changed, so it has no reflection on the host but guests should know I was looking forward to having morning coffee and evening barbecuing on the rooftop, but it needs a lot of work and I did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness up there I just walked up and turning around and come back down Going inside was a delight it was clean, comfortable nicely decorated and has nice appliances. Seems to be well stocked with pans and dishes and glasses, but unfortunately it has no dinnerware (knives forks, spoons) we had 2 forks for 3 people and soup spoonsVery pleased in every other way Wonderful location"

"Really disappointing stay. We spent 5 days here. The water takes 20 minutes to warm each time. There were dried blood stains on my sheets. When we asked for a late check out ( 1 hour later) we were told we’d have to pay $200.00 extra. My husband and I travel a lot in this country and all around the world, and we have never had an issue asking for a late checkout. Save your money and stay somewhere else! There are lots of other really nice places right on the beach with much better service!"

"The room was in need of some updating for pricing asked. Minor wall repairs on drywall. Bed was okay but aged. No coffee in room. Nice place to eat just opened in parking lot. I just needed a place to sleep and for that it was okay. Very polite and helpful at check in."
