The design, rooms, and overall amenities create such a relaxing and stylish atmosphere—it truly feels like a special place to stay. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has consistently fallen short. On multiple interactions, the staff came across as rude, difficult to work with, and lacking empathy or flexibility. It’s disappointing because customer service sets the tone for a stay, and this detracts significantly from what is otherwise a great hotel. I genuinely believe with better training and a stronger focus on hospitality, this could be an outstanding experience from start to finish. Right now, the disconnect between the beautiful space and the level of service is hard to ignore."
