"Pickup to and from LAX every 30 minutes is a great perk. Hotel is relatively old but well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel held our luggage for us and let us use the hotel's amenities after checkout since our flight was a late night boarding. Would definitely stay again. "

"Check in staff welcomed us with a big smile. Room was clean but daily room service was poor. They only changes towels and take trashes out daily. No cleaning, no making beds during our stay. Breakfast was ok. Great location with free parking. "

"I really wanted to love my experience at The Belamar Hotel because the property itself is beautiful. The design, rooms, and overall amenities create such a relaxing and stylish atmosphere—it truly feels like a special place to stay. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has consistently fallen short. On multiple interactions, the staff came across as rude, difficult to work with, and lacking empathy or flexibility. It’s disappointing because customer service sets the tone for a stay, and this detracts significantly from what is otherwise a great hotel. I genuinely believe with better training and a stronger focus on hospitality, this could be an outstanding experience from start to finish. Right now, the disconnect between the beautiful space and the level of service is hard to ignore."
