Established by Standard Oil of California as its second (segundo, you got it) refinery city, this LA suburb is not the first destination you may think of, but it doesn’t have to be the last either.

Hosting the likes of Boeing, Chevron and Mattel and many other big businesses, El Segundo is more geared towards manufacturing than tourism. Luckily, El Segundo is close to popular SoCal beaches and just south of LAX airport. You can hop on a South Bay brewery tour or whale-watching cruise and if you follow Sepulveda Boulevard, you’ll soon hit L.A.’s urban attractions.

Cedric was very helpful in making sure my family's stay was 10 out of 10. The hotel was clean, quiet, very close to the airport, and in walking distance of good food/coffee options! We will definitely be staying here again for our travels!
