"We had a terrible experience. We spent way too much time waiting for staff to come by and fix/ unlock a washer door so that we could remove our clothes to wash elsewhere. Also, had to make multiple phone calls to the staff to try to get someone to action our issue. The location is great"

"Clean and cheap. Centrally located. We had a very late check-in at 3am due to air Canada being the terrible airline it is and we were accommodated."

"The room is very basic, which is fine, but just not worth the expense. The renovations are very amateur hour, if not hilarious. The toilet seat on the toilet doesn't even fit, so it's not attached. That detail alone tells you how serious of an operation this is. Please note that there is no staff on site whatsoever, so you need to be able to check in remotely and may not get in-person service if you need it. "
