"The hotel is in a good location and was kept clean and tidy. Unfortunately, although we booked and paid in full well in advance, we arrived to find that the room we had booked was not available. Meaning that we had to use a rollaway bed, which had to be delivered to the room while we waited. For the price we paid, we were not impressed at all. A very small compensation was offered for this. Some of the staff were helpful. Others were abrupt or downright unhelpful and treated customers as a nuisance. That also spoilt the stay slightly. I would expect better service overall from this class of hotel."

"The room was ok. The bathroom was the size of a closet. The window/door was so thin you could hear people talking on the street from the 7th floor. Elevators were a little confusing at first because there are so many. We waited for almost 25 min to get on an elevator because of how slow they are. Staff was great and answered any questions we had. The hotel itself was very nice and upscale but the rooms lacked what the rest of the hotel had to offer. We did not eat at the restaurant because it was really expensive. All and all was a good experience and close to everything BUT I did not sleep both night because of how loud it was in the room from the outside noise the noise part of the hotel, I would give the hotel ONE star. They need to update the windows and doors to help block out sound. Parking was really confusing because it is under ground in a dungeon which took some patience to find a place to park and then getting out took awhile. I saw the reviews and don’t recall anyone mentioning anything that I have mentioned, not sure if they don’t want to hurt people’s feelings but this is a business and we paid good money so it is just an honest review. Also no coffee pot in the rooms, only three towels in the bathroom as well. Again the hotel itself was very nice but we did not use any amenities. Parking was expensive but needed. Outside our window on the sidewalk you could find homeless laying and sleeping in the area. Cannabis smell is everywhere. Enjoy"
