Chelsea Hotel, Toronto

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto

10/10 Excellent
"The staff stood out! Always ready to help with a cheerful and genuine attitude, they were a delight to work and converse with - Yogi front desk!!Nate - concierge!! Mahktar bell desk!!! Sweet room cleaner on 7th floor 716!! Did not do bfast -too expensive, too loud, food quality appeared not to match price (buffet) What a beautiful place for kids - hive!! IMPORTANT - your hotel desperately needs a water bottle filler in the lobby. You have one at the hive - red filter status - bad. I asked the bartenders to fill my water bottles for my entire stay - they were so nice about it. Let them do bartending - get the water bottle filler. Elkay I will definitely return to the Chelsea - great location."
