"Hotel room clean, service was great! Buffet breakfast amazing! Pool under maintenance, but offered later checkout to compensate. Customer service wonderful! Pasha helped get car started when battery died! Would stay here again if looking for Downtown TO."

"The room was clean and nice but so small that it felt like sleeping in a closet. The entrance door was one foot away from the bed. Even though they had my credit card on file I was asked for a physical card to pay a deposit which was a problem as i only had my phone to pay. Luckily I had my physical debit card to use. Convenient location though :)"
