"The price is absolutely worth what you get. The bathrooms are more than comfortable, and the bar was a lot of fun. The server, she was amazing. I can’t remember her name, but she was from India and had such sweet energy and good vibes. The front desk staff were also incredible, so accommodating and easy to deal with. For what you pay, the value is 100% there. There are a couple of places to eat just down the road, and it’s very easy to get to from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention, they offer a 24-hour shuttle and have on-site laundry, which makes a huge difference when you’re traveling"

"Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was great. Only thing is staff told me when I was checking out I could have asked for the upgraded room with a microwave. I wish they offered me that when I checked in"

"Our stay at the Novotel was fantastic. The service was great the rooms were so clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and it is our favourite place to stay in Toronto now. We come to Toronto every couple months for medical appointments so we have stayed at many hotels in the are a and we are so pleased with the Novotel this will be our main place to stay when we come to the city for appointments now.
