"The hotel was very nice. The lobby and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is located very centrally allowing for walking to almost any thing you would want to do in the city. I had a very nice stay. "

"The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Great location. Attached to the Path, do you can get to so many places from there without going outside. More plain than the other Fairmonts in the old Canadian Pacific line, but still a good hotel."

"The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We stayed in an executive suite room and it was exactly what we needed with having a baby with us. The room was conveniently set up and clean. Bed was comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be the uncomfortable couch in the living room area but really the whole experience from the valet parking to check in and out all exceeded our expectations. Will be returning. "
