"The room was really clean and the staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The AC would shut off a couple of times but it was understandable to save energy when we weren’t in the room. We had to get to our convention early on Saturday and Sunday and we were able to get our breakfast delivered right at 8am to us which we really appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to The Walper Hotel when I come back to Kitchener. Amazing and lovely staff! Thank you all!! <3"

"First time stayed at this hotel in St. Jacobs. Location is excellent. Places we wanted to visit were just steps away. Ample self-parking spaces on-site. Very convenient. Staff is very informative. Dining room staff is courteous and efficient to bring out fresh batch of cooked or baked food. One of the best self-serve continental breakfast. Bedroom is clean and decorated in simple but calming design. The 2-Queen-bed suite we stayed in is very spacious. The cooling system inside the room is easy to operate and quiet too. In short, we had a very pleasant 2-night stay at this hotel. Will go there again. Highly recommend it."
